I am in my 2nd week of Cohens (2nd time around though). I have been reading your threads for a couple of weeks and they are extremely insperational......
I have a question if anyone has the answer; I am a "serial weigher" I like to keep an eye on my progress, I find it gives me motivation each day. I have though found this week (4 days) that my weight has not moved at all....even when I did the program the first time I didnt expirence this, and I am actually sticking at it 100%??? so Im a little confused. Has anyone else expirenced this?
