I'm so happy to have found this forum. I'm excited but also a little depressed because I feel like I'm the heaviest person here.
I want to lose 152 lbs but my first big goal is to get down to 190. I have smaller goals like 2 lbs a week and a weight loss of 60 by Christmas.
A big concern I have is loose skin after the weight loss. I don't want to have any sugery, I'm terrified of it. So I'm looking for alternatives to help prevent loose skin as much as possible. I know I will never be totally tight again, but I want to do all I can to try to help my skin shrink back as much as possible. I was in great shape most of my life. I am 30 and started gaining weight about 8 years ago.
