Jogging

You really don't want to be running everyday. You need time to let your legs recover. This is especially true for you, as I believe you said in a previous post that you are running 10 miles a day. When I first started running, I really enjoyed it and was doing it 6 to 7 times a week. Within 3 weeks my knees hurt so bad that I could barely walk and I had to take a few weeks off. Now I only run 4 days a week and I haven't had a problem w/ my knees since.
