jogging question

Im just started out jogging. Im up to about 10 miles. I just went to the gnc store and got n02 hemodilator and creatine liquid. Thats what they suggested. Will these supplements be fine for jogging? And is there anything else i should be taking, and is it better to take the liquid creatine before or after running?

What is your purpose for wanting to take a supplement? What result do you want?
 
Im just curious i just started jogging as well, and iv been going about 2-3 weeks now and I get exhausted at about 3 miles. How long did it take you to get to 10 miles? I mountain bike and im trying to get into better shape this season. I guess running and mountain biking work different muscles because its totally different.
