Jogging Between Classes

OK HERE IS A NEW QUESTION!
I AM IN COLLEGE AND WANT TO IMPROVE MY BODY. NOW ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS I HAVE A CLASS AT EIGHT IN THE MORN TILL 9:15 AND I HAVE ANOTHER CLASS AT 5. NOW SHOULD I JOG AROUND CAMPUS DURING THAT HUGE GAP OF TIME. I KNOW I CAN'T POSSIBLY JOG FOR THAT WIDE GAP OF TIME BUT HOW LONG SHOULD I? WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECCOMEND I DO DURING THAT TIME....WHAT KINDS OF EXCERICISES SHOULD I GET A WORKOUT BUDDY? HOY! SOOOOOOOO MANY QUESTIONS!

Well, how much can you run? If you haven't been running regularly, you'll need to work up to a long run. What are your goals? If you plan on running a marathon, you may want to run the whole time, but other than that, don't try to kill yourself. You could try for an hour jog, but if you haven't been running that'll be tough at first.

A jogging buddy would be a great help to keep things from getting boring and also you could encourage each other to run when you may otherwise not be motivated.

Also, you probably will need to find time to shower before that evening class or you may find the other students trying to sit as far away from you as they can, so you can't just run the whole time!
