I’m starting “Jillian Michaels - Body Revolution” on Monday....again. It’s a 12 weeks program with 30-min workouts 6 days a week from home.
I’m starting over again as I’m never able to finish it. Would’ve been great to find a small group and do it together. Report, talk about challenges, feelings etc. A support network
I’ve made it to week 6 before quitting and it would be awesome to actual finish it for once!
