Starting weight-183

Goal-145, then ultimately 130
diet-Breastfeeding, so I just try to eat healthy,TONS of water
Exercise- 5 miles a day on my stationary bike,



my goal is to get to 145 by Summer and 130 by this time next year. I think this is a pretty reasonable goal. I have good faith that i can do it. I lost 25 lbs after my 1st was born, so I Keep reminding myself that's I've done it before, and i can do it again.

More later! I'm off to do my 5 miles while the baby is napping!
 
I'm also going to start posting my food/drink/water intake here as well. i need to be aware of what I eat

So far today

Orange juice ( 8oz )
fruit and Grain Cereal bar
16oz water
 
Lunch-
16 oz water
2small baked potatos
loaded with 1 teaspoon butter, 1tsp sourcream, a "pinch" of shredded cheese and salt and garlic.
Topped with About 1 1/2 cups broccoli

YUM!
