Have you Yanks seen the new Jerry Seinfeld / Bill Gates commercials? Jerry Seinfeld looks huge - round face, loose shirt (he always tucked in his shirt in the series), big @ss.

I remember one Seinfeld episode where Jerry wrote 31 on his Levi's because he was embarrassed with his 32 pants that he was wearing. I don't think he could get a 32 over one thigh now.

She was pregnant. After having the child she lost a lot. I guess she got hungry which typically happens to pregnant folks. I notice in the show, they shift the jokes. Earlier when Doug saw the families past women, he got her on the exercise program. However, when she really did get large, I don't think they ever joked about it.
