Hi all,

I am about 20 lbs overweight and am having trouble losing it. Thanks in advance for all the advice and answers to my questions.
 
healthy food , being ideal with food , vegetables are cool too when it comes about food , go to gym if you can , do sports daily like running or cycling .. make it all healthy and naturally .. don't take drugs or potions to lose weight or something .. and find people who are overweight and trying to lose weight so you all can support each other losing weight , it works well :v
