12.2 pounds for the month. That's about 3 pounds a week, but for the first month of weightloss I should be able to keep that average I think. I really hope to be out of the 330s by the 11th. If I can start off ahead of the curve it will be very encouraging.
1/4/2014 update: I'm happy to report that I am aleady below my 1/11/2014 goal of 330 at 329.4 this morning. I won't change my goals as I know it may still be difficult to lose the 12.2 for the month. If I reach my goal for the month early I'll set new goals then.
1/11/2014 update: I'm very pleased to be 1.8 pounds below my goal, but I had a couple missteps with eating this past week and could have done even better. The exercise is really taking off which is really making me feel better.
1/18/2014 update: 2.2 pounds below goal this week and .8 pound above next week's goal already. I'm not changing my already aggresive goals, but it would be great to finish the month in the 3teens which 2 pounds below goal (avg of 1st 2 weeks) would do that.
1/19/2014 update: Hit next Saturday's goal this morning 324.0 6 days early. I'm going to try really hard to hit the end of the month goal by next weigh-in. That would mean 3teens by the end of the month which would be awesome.
AAA you blew past me this week. I had a gain which really sucks because I worked super hard this past week. My clothes fit better. I'm not sure what went wrong with the scale.
I have no idea what happened either, Quercus . I didn't lose or gain, which makes me frustrated, but it could be any number of reasons. In cases like this I wait until next weigh in before I throw a real fit.
