I have a long ways to go!
I've worked out Monday, Tuesday and today so far this week.

Breakfast
BAgel with low fat cream cheese
Lunch
1/2 sandwich (so far)
 
Hi Jamie! welcome to the forum :) it always seems like there is a long way to go, but if you make small changes everyday youll get to your goal. :) i hope we can help you get there.
as a workout what do you do?
 
I joined a club here in town. I've started step classes, power pump(weight lifting), and conditioning classes. The days that I can't go to classes I"ve started jogging 2-3 miles. I used to run a lot when I was thinner. It's hard carrying the extra weight but, it's getting easier! I am trying to workout 5 days a week and sometimes 6.

Why do we fall? So, we can learn to pick ourselves back up!
 
Day 2 (June 30)

My entire body is so sore! Yesterday I did a hour conditioning class and then last night I played tennis for an hour and a half. It feels really good to be working out a lot. I"ve lost 2 pounds this week. Which is really exciting. I have such a lond way to go though. Hopefully, I can lose twenty by September. I'm not sure if I"m going to go to the gym and work out today because I"m so sore and I'm going to go play tennis tonight. Singles is such a workout compared to doubles.

I just did power pump this morning at the gym. It's a hour and a half class. My body was shaking afterwards from lifting weights for so long. It's a really good class. It's all women of different ages and fitness abilities. My sister encouraged me to go. Now, it's noon and I don't have to worry about working out the rest of the day. I love working out in the morning.

This is my meal plan for the day. I might have to edit it if I don't follow it well though.
 
What a long weekend. I ate pizza this weekend because I went to my parents house to watch my little brother when they went out of town. Other than that I didn't do too bad. I lost three pounds this last week and a half.
 
July 6th

I've started nursing school this week and have been so busy! I haven't worked out since Sunday. I'm going to go in the morning. I've still been eating good and not a lot. I've been drinking tons of water. Since I'm in school all day I don't have time to snack at all. :eek:
