So this weekend was uneventful. I did a lot of house cleaning and laundry and I ate way too much cereal. I tasted so good though (Vanilla Almond Crunch) I guess it's better than eating too much sweets though.

I haven't lost any weight since my last enterance and I didn't go to the gym at all this weekend, but I am headed straight there after work tonight. I'm going to keep plugging away at it. I'm not completely discouraged yet.



Today's Meals:
BREAKFAST: one cup (vanilla almond crunch)
LUNCH: Lean Cuisine: Spagetti
apple sauce
Citrucel fiber shake
diet rock star energy drink (if I can get through it)
DINNER: Maybe a salad. Not too sure yet

Maybe it would be easier if you found a friend who would want to go to the dance class with you. I found that doing things on my own was a bit more difficult - plus working out with someone else made me learn workout techniques that I never knew. You can even partner up with someone in the class to be a workout buddy!

I wish you luck! I have faith and know you can do it :D
 
This will be the same friend hun that in 6 months time will say I can’t believe you lost all that weight.

So it was brought to my attention that I have too many diaries on here, I was a newbie and was not quite sure how this all worked but I figured it out yesterday. So I apologize for any confusion or difficulty keeping up with MY diary. I promise from now on I will just keep one.

SO, anyways, I'm really tired today. I barely made it to the gym last night, however, once I was there it was all good. It's kinda funny, I don't want to go to the gym when I'm tired but the minute I get changed and get going, I have a bunch of energy and I end up being really glad that I went.

Today is a product of hard work yesterday and I was pleased to see that I have lost another 2 lbs. I'm really proud of myself. This is the most success that I've had loosing weight since I was in high school. :)

Thanks guys. Boy I tell ya, if I can do this anybody can. You just have to be in the right frame of mind and keep a positive attitude. I don't think that it is unreasonable to say that it may take a couple of attempts at loosing weight, but that's ok, practice makes perfect. Just don't do what I've been doing over the last 6 years. Everytime I would diet and loose a little bit of weight, I would either get discouraged or I would just give up because I was too lazy to TRY to eat healthy and excersize, so I would end up gaining back my weight PLUS some. If you fall off the healthy wagon, don't give up. It just means you had one bad day. It's ok to have those. ;)
