I've hit a wall, and help? Exercise on a tight Budget!

Hello!

First off I'm not new to weight loss, Ive battled it all my life. I've been 260 at my heaviest, and 125 at my lowest. 125 is my dream goal, to be that again would just mean so much to me after the abuse I've been through, like a total rejuvenation!

Current wall:

After an abusive relationship has ended I've recently moved, I'm such a stronger person now. I finally feel pretty again, I finally feel like me. I've meet someone who is actually awesome, we've been in a healthy relationship without annyyyy fights, not even an agreement, for almost a year now. I'm happy and trying to lose weight. I was able to lose 10 pounds in two weeks because I finally found a way to curb my dire hunger for food. Its these pills, they are all natural, bee pollen, Chinese yam, wolfberry fruit, l-camitine and Dietary fiber are the list of ingredient. ( I am listing them so you all know I'm not taking something dangerous, or like, weird, lol) I won't say the name as I'm not trying to sell/ advertise them. But they have allowed me to go from eating 1,900 calories a day down to 900.

At first this was hard, I had no energy, felt weak, slept a lot. Some times I would feel a little down, and lonely when my boyfriend was at work. See the benefit of them is I can eat a bowl of salad with tuna or turkey, and like one sandwich and one banana all day long and feel stuffed. Which is a miracle to me ( so that's why I take them.) I lost ten pounds in ten days then hit a snag. Nothing for another week. I stopped the pills and tried upping my calories to 1,200 a day, some days 1,600 ( these are rough estimates) Did that for a week, It kept my weight dead at 170, no loss, no gain. Then I went back down to 900 calories a day for two weeks. It was so much easier this time. I was hardly tired. In fact I went out to job interviews and job fairs. In that time I lost 5 pounds. Stopped the pills and went back to 1,200 - 1,500 a day roughly. Each time I stop the pills my hunger very slowly comes back to where by the end of the week I keep pacing the fridge. I went back on the pills and 900 calories a day for two weeks. No weight loss.

Took my week break again and now I have been eating only 900 calories for 7 days, drinking 3 bottles of 12oz water, a salad every day and the second meal is something with meat and a fruit. No weight loss. I've hit a brick wall. I've been stuck at 170. I'm almost 30, 5' 5" and I really really would love to lose 30 pounds by August, that is when I am going to meet my boyfriends parents who live out of state for the first time. And my birthday is also in August, it will be the first Birthday with the new light in my life and he has something planned, all he will tell me is that I'm going to have to buy a bathing suit 0_0

I really want to make a good impression. And look good for that mater plan of his ( I mean, his parents live in Florida, I'm thinking beaches. I want to look good, and more importantly feel good while I'm there.) And I know it doesn't matter, my man thinks I'm so very silly for worrying, but he supports me losing weight as long as I don't do anything dangerous and I do eat everyday.

I know exercise would help but I live in a bad neighborhood. I used to walk two miles every day in the last town I lived, but if i walked down the street here I might get mugged. I have no car myself, boyfriend uses it to get to and from work, and he works 10 + hour days, gets home too late to walk with him outside. And really no money for gym membership. Money is tight for us. I might get a good job soon, but that won't be for another month. So, how do you guys on a tight budget do it? What can I do around the house to work out? I don't mind lifting bottled water, anything! This is where I need help.

I'm at a wall I just need to break through. Any help, weather its with diet or exercise is greatly appreciated!

Hopeful bump. Since this post I've Lost 10 pounds but gained six back 0_0

I think taking a two week break from my diet seemed to help at first, but now unless I eat like 900 or less calories I'm not losing anything.

Any suggestions?
