I've had issues with tackling weight and depression

I've been working a lot from home and didn't spend much time outside at all, despite wanting too.
I've gone to the gym, ran etc. but never did it last.
I by chance found this guy and gave him a chance since i didn't know what else too do.
I went on to fiverr and visited this guy
make-you-happy-by-finding-your-true-self.

And what i got for those was a supportive professional that encouraged me to take 1 small step at a time and go deeper within me.
I now have the daily drive and motivation to keep going forward and making changes on myself. I've picked up running and i've been doing it daily for 3 weeks now, lost about 8 pound so far and feel better than ever.

You’re absolutely right. All we need is motivation. Motivation comes in many forms and what motivates me is unlikely to motivate you and so on.

Everyone needs to find their motivating factor or enabler or whatever you like to call it and just follow it; see where it takes you and realise no matter where you go it’ll be where you are.
