Hello all!
I am 21, male and 5'9 (178cm) tall.
My current weight is 253 pounds (115 kilos).
I got big problems like pain in backbone, overrated sweating,
stomach pain (when trying to hide my belly),
pain in knees...
Don't need to mention living with stress all the time, choosing not to visit places like swimming pools with my friends, or dancing events..
So I looked at facts that my life like this is horrible and I wanna change that!
My weight goal is 198 pound (90kilos) because I am high muscular type of men, (been doing thai boxing and after all got my dads build) and I know that I can't expect to be skinny (and I don't want to be skinny at all).
I am changing my eating plan to low calories meal.
My basal metabolic rate is 2760 cal and I plan to eat another 1500-2000 cal
+more activity like running and exercising.
I want to reach my weight goal til next summer.
My biggest problem is to keep active in my plan so I came here for your support and I will be grateful for any reply!
Also looking for someone (if there is any1 interested) to share msn/skype adresses for pushing and controling me.
