Its time to get fit..

Well today i went to the gym for the first time i felt a little out of place when i first got their but after a chat with a PT she settled me in and went straight into a cardio workout which i did for about 60 mins which after i felt very good.

Im looking to lose a stone in weight(cant you tell im english)
Also looking to tone up
Im doing this because im joining the army which is a real goal in life for me.
i wanna acheive this by end of Jan 07,

Im getting all my stats done at the gym tomorrow so i will post and try and get a photo so before and after kind of thing.

Well i weigh 95KG
my BMI is 20%

I most did cardio at the gym did 20mins on cross trainer, 20 mins on cycle and 20mins on rower

I gotta go back tomorrow to oganise a weight training schedule with my PT
 
Well i went to my first Spinning clas today which was 1 hour.. i was knackered afterwards but then i went on cross trainer,rower and cycling again all for 20mins a peice.. then i went on to the weights but at the minute im lost using the weights till my PT gives me a proper regime to do but i just did chest arm muscles etc and a few sits up..


Please feel free to comment with tips or suggestions

i also lost 4lbs in 3 days ... is that good?
