I am 25 years old and have recently lost 40 pounds pretty easily. Now I am at the tough part for me. I still have 15 more to go until I am at my goal weight. A few things that I am trying to do differentand add to my routine are... Taking advantage of this website and the advice from others, trying not to eat after 7:30, adding more cardio into my excercise routine... any advice is welcome.
