I've been hitting the gym pretty exclusively, and now I've decided to start adding different types of exercise to my routine. I'm signing up for kung fu in May, and I've decided to start my day off with the first 30 minutes of the P90X Yoga X video, and do the video in its entirety every thursday.
How good is the Yoga X for cutting and strengthening? I did it once a while back and it was absolutely brutal (but I felt amazing afterwards), but would this be a good addition to my workout? I've been hitting the weights a lot but I've been wanting to cut and sort of go with a more all-around approach.
