I happy I found this forum! I love to talk to like minded people. Weight loss is a journey and i been on it all my life. I lost about 60lbs about 9 years ago and have been able to keep it off since then. So I know a little about weight loss management. But now I going to another level ,and Iam gona need alot of help!
