its been about a week since ive posted... because i have been too busy working... AND JOGGING!!!! my boyfriend is a wrestler who works out and trains for about 2 hours a day on monday, tuesday wednesday and thursday and leaves friday saturday and sunday for rest. he knows what work outs work , so he has got me doing a program where we jog every night, unless it is nice enough to nike, then we bike, for 20 minutes each day. he has me eating a diet which consists of eating cereal for breakfast, an apple and cheese for a snack, cereal or tuna sandwich or egg salad sandwich (low fat mayo)for lunch and a glass of milk...and then my choice of chicken, or fish with vegies of my choice. i eat apple slices when i am hungry in between. and it is definitly working. i have lost 8 pounds... i weigh myself once a week and tommarrow is my wiegh in day... so i hope i have lost another 2 pounds... i cant believe it is working i am so happy. i just thought people might like to know what has made my weigh loss "so far" successful... ive only been on my deit for 2 and a half weeks and ive lost 8 pounds, in a healthy manner...
