its been about a week since ive posted....

its been about a week since ive posted... because i have been too busy working... AND JOGGING!!!! my boyfriend is a wrestler who works out and trains for about 2 hours a day on monday, tuesday wednesday and thursday and leaves friday saturday and sunday for rest. he knows what work outs work , so he has got me doing a program where we jog every night, unless it is nice enough to nike, then we bike, for 20 minutes each day. he has me eating a diet which consists of eating cereal for breakfast, an apple and cheese for a snack, cereal or tuna sandwich or egg salad sandwich (low fat mayo)for lunch and a glass of milk...and then my choice of chicken, or fish with vegies of my choice. i eat apple slices when i am hungry in between. and it is definitly working. i have lost 8 pounds... i weigh myself once a week and tommarrow is my wiegh in day... so i hope i have lost another 2 pounds... i cant believe it is working i am so happy. i just thought people might like to know what has made my weigh loss "so far" successful... ive only been on my deit for 2 and a half weeks and ive lost 8 pounds, in a healthy manner... :)
 
Wow, 8lbs in two weeks?! that's awesome! keep it up, and keep us updated!
 
i will for sure keep you updated... tommarrow will be my third week...i am hoping to have lost another 3 pounds because then i will have reached my current goal of 199... because it is under 200....i was on herbal magic, if you have heard of it, and was down to 180, but i gained back all my weight and some... so me losing weight on my own makes me feel very confident about myself! i will start to feel better about myself once i reach 180, but even then i still will have 40 pounds to lose! when i was 180 pounds, i felt better because i didnt have so much chubb on the cheeks and chin lol... nore on the stomache...my legs are pretty thin and it looks funny compared to the rest of my body lol// if anyone has anymore advice on wieght loss through excercise, please fill me in!
