So i decided that this diet is all about me. I can't keep blaming it on people or on the situation, or holidays- it's all on me. This is a huge burden, but it's something i have to work towards. it's just frustrating when you think you're trying really hard, and you just don't see any results. I need some support and motivation. I hate junk food!!!!!!! i need to learn how to make good decisions, and do this for myself. You would think that being a dietitian major in college that i would be good with nutrition, but when i get tempted, hold me back
