hey .... ive been doing a .8k walk and .2 run for every km i do on the tredmill.... when i get to around 2 kms or a distance of that sort, the bone at between the shin and the foot ( i think its the ankle) really starts to hurt... my body still feels like doing more but my ankle drags so bad.... btw i just wear socks when i get on the tredmilll and i dont do any stretches before starting.... any tips on how i can get it to not hurt?
