Issues with losing weight

Ok, so basically I've been exercising EVERYDAY since January 7th. I've cut back on what I've been eating and I've eaten mostly healthy all the time.
Up to February I've lost 11 lbs, going from 206.5 to 195.4 lbs. But in the last 2 weeks, I've not only put back ON weight, but it's not moving from there. And I haven't been eating anything out of the ordinary :S
What used to work, isn't working for me anymore :( And I'm getting really frustrated!!

Help?

Well, it all depends on what exactly you are eating (as far as calories, fat, etc) and what kind of exercise(s) you are doing.

So...???

Congratulations on your results so far! Keep up the good work.

I wouldn't be overly concerned about occasional weight fluctuations as long as you are doing the right things. Simply keep performing the daily disciplines that helped you achieve the results in the first place, stay focused and then allow enough time for the results to come.

If you want to speed up the process consider incorporating some additional strategies into your lifestyle.

I'm kind of in the same boat. Around Jan. 5 I started my "weight loss goal" where I started with 193lbs. I weigh myself every Monday morning and last Monday I was 180lbs, which I've been at for the past 3 Mondays and it's really frustrating me. I'm not sure if it's a plateau or what, I haven't done anything different except switch around my exercise days.

I do about 40 minutes of cardio, 40 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of ab work every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. I also walk for about an hour every day each morning. I've significantly cut down on what I eat, and give myself a cheat day on Saturdays but I don't overdo it to the point of binging. It's only been about 2 months since I started, I don't really notice much change in the way I look but I'll probably need to wait a couple more months for that if I can find out why the scale isn't showing anything now.

I don't each much; as far as calories go. I would admit that in the last week, I did eat some out of place things (chips, cookies and a piece of cake. lol) but nothing that went overboard. Usually though, my breakfast is post shredded wheat cereal, my lunch is a sandwich with what may be too many veggies and my dinner is usually rice and chicken. Thaz.. about it.
The only thing is, with my exercising scheme, all I could do right now is skip. This is due to me needing to study; with exams coming up in a few days. And I need to get into medical school; hence the exams. lol.
