Hey all, I have been getting decent results with a whey concentrate/ isolate blend formula of protein. However, everybody lately seems to be trying to sell me on isolate only, the same brand I use comes in an isolate and a blend, about a $20 price difference for 5lbs with 7g more protein per scoop in isolate. Same serving size.
Are there any real benefits to isolate over blended? Or at least any that would make it worthwhile to me?
