Hello All!
I have been on my weight loss journey my entire life it seems like, but recently I started a program called Isagenix. I have to say I have never felt so amazing and seen results like this with any other diet. The plan has both good an bad reviews, people even say it is a scam/cult. This could not be further from the truth. I used to sit at my desk at work hungry and tired, go home and sit on the couch and watch TV. Now I am alert at work, never starving or thinking about my next meal and when I go home I have the energy to play with my puppy, clean my home and do projects. Working the program, using my awesome fitbit and Myfitnesspal together has changed my life in so many ways! Is there anyone else on this program or thinking about it out there? I would love to connect with people!
