When I was 19, I was big into losing weight. I got down to about 140 pounds when a friend of my Dad's told him about this program called IsaGenix. I saw that someone made a thread about it sometime in 2007 but it seems to have been removed.
In any case, I tried it and went from 140 to 130 or so in a week (may have been 150 to 140 though, that sounds more correct >.<). But the thing is...I don't recall my clothes fitting any better. I don't recall feeling worn out or lighter. I just remember using that same scale and noticing a 10 pound difference. Mind you, I was still working out too and I know you can't just do a diet program without exercise.
Is this possible though? Some part of me wants to try it again since my Dad's friend lost a load as well. But is it healthy? Where does the weight go if you lose like 10 pounds...it just magically disappears...but you don't notice a difference? I remember it talking about cleansing out bad fat, like shrinking it or something, but I don't get it. =/ I know it's expensive and I remember most of what I had to do and you never went hungry but I don't want to waste my time or money on it.
