Im about 6 feet 1 inches tall, and probably only about 2 stone overweight, but I seem to have a lot of fat over my body.
I have no problem dieting. I've lost the weight no problem before, but obviously excercise is important to getting the fat off.
The parts I would really like to target (amongst other things) is my stomach and "man breasts". I dont wanna have huge muscles or a completly flat stomach. I just want it to look normal, even if its slightly imperfect.
Will walking maybe 4 miles a day 5 times a week be enough to achieve the results I want? Or will I have to add weight training and toning excercises as well?
