Sport is this too much?

Sport Fitness
I am 5ft 114lbs. I want to lose some weight or at least look more fit.

Anyways I hear I should be eating anywhere between 1200 -1500 calories a day.

I went to a website to count my calories and I'm cutting it close but does this sound like too much? Do I need to cut out the bread with my breakfast and lunch?

Breakfast - 1/2 oatmeal with splenda made w/water with 1/2 cup of frozen berries. 1 piece of whole wheat toast with little peanut butter.

Snack - string cheese

Lunch - 1/2 can tuna with 1/2 tsp of mayo sprinkle of salt and pepper, 1 slice of chedder, 2 egg whites fried, 1 piece of whole wheat toast with a little peanut butter and an apple.

snack - protein bar

Dinner varies but as far as this goes is it too much? And what are your thoughts about protein bars? Are they good snacks?

breakfast - carb heavy, protein missing completely - ditch the bread, add some scrambled eggs
snack - need more protein
lunch - eat the whole can, lose the mayo, don't fry your eggs, and ditch the bread and replace with a cup of green veggies
snack - in general protein bars suck
Dinner - lean chicken/beef, veggies. no starchy carbs.

Now, what is your workout like? or are you thinking you can slim down through dieting alone? (hint: you can't)

thanks for taking the time to post.
no I am exercising. I posted my routine on the weight loss forum but no one has answered yet so fi you have time to to critique that'd be awesome

I will work on my diet too in the meantime.
Do any of you ever cheat? Or do you eat this way always?
Tuna the entire can is alot of calories like 170 or something. But i'm sure adding the mayo is the same. Can I add anythign to it? How about hard boiled egg or something? Or onions?
