Is this the FITTEST guy ever ?! Damn he's Strong and Agile !!

A friend showed me this and I was stunned...3:23 OMG

If being able to do the things he does, exactly as he does them, is the definition of fit, then yes, he's the fittest man ever. However, last I checked, that isn't the definition of fit.

Good gymnastic and martial arts fitness and I liked the fact he wasn't afraid to show the failures, shows he understands the importance of these.
In fairness I can do a reasonable amount of this, explosive stuff, possibly lighter, I am smaller built, body weight playing, easy stuff in my world, and kicks, though the latter would look more graceful than dangerous as mine were jetes in ballet and contemporary dance, so more prance than pummell. Flips I have never been interested in.
The area missing from his fitness based purely on the video is stamina, it only shows power and some possible MSE. I am a real weirdo in that stamina was there naturally and despite working for everything else I have kept hold of this and surprise people by being able to run, ride etc. for hours at what they expect to be my middle distance pace. I do remember going for a run with someone cycling who expected my additional weight to be a hindrance I couldn't overcome. 10 miles later we returned and he was tired out, and of course I laughed, I am horrible.

Ok I guess you're in incredible shape...however it's not everyday you see a guy who does a little bit of everything ! of course the stamina part would be difficult to put on a non boring video hahaha

Are you suggesting that watching marathon training on youtube is not interesting? The cheek of it.
I have done a lot of weird stuff and often still do. Means I am good at a number of things but never the best at any of them, and I am happy with this anytime I am not actually training, when I expect myself to do everything.
My last training partner lasted about a month or two. I asked him what intesity he wanted on score 1 to 10, 10 highest, he said 10 and wanted to say 11. On reflection not sure what his 10 was but mine seems to have been higher.
There are many who trian harder than me, and I have known some of them. Including a former junior Mr. Universe, who couldn't do back flips but could incline bench 140kg for 6 to 8 reps at 20 years old and that is impressive.
I train in a bizarre manner, deliberately wanting to look far less than I am. I look fit, there is no way to avoid it on my training, but tend to surprise with my range of ability. Flip side, I have tried playing football (soccer) a few times and I suck more than anyone you are likely to have met.

Cool stuff.

Looks like he's into Capoeira or something. As a martial art I hate them. And when do you ever see those moves actually working? Never.

He's very strong and sound all around. All though yeah, flips doesn't define fit. There are 8 year old little girls that do those things in gymnastics.

I liked everything except the kipped muscle ups. You'd expect he could manage a Real Muscle up if he was That strong? ...

One of the most stupid things I did in a new gym was an almost successful muscle up. I had the strength, and agility, but not the foresight to check ceiling height. Very glad it was a false ceiling, as it was only knocked a tile and dropped back looking stupid.

One classic movie martial arts student tried attacking me once, not alone of course. First move kick to the head, may as well have sent me a telegram, the move was so slow. I took hold of his ankle and kicked him in the testes, simple effective and somewhat unfriendly, but stopped any of his friends wanting to play.

Real world is a case of only an idiot starts a fight with someone they don't know. Many of the most dangerous people I have ever met look harmless. One of the best was an Aikedo master with knowledge of pressure points so advanced that he could make you drop to the floor with barely any force, or leave you in agony with the same small effort. He was in his late forties, fitter than average but noticable appreciation for a tipple and someone you wouldn't be frightened of without knowing.
My system is always evade or escape if possible. Better to be though not worth the effort than have to prove anything else.
