Okay well i have looked at Lvs grocery list and im am eating two things out of each catgory is this good enough or should i be eating more?

And is eating at a certain time important to gain muscle?

HOW MUCH are you eating from 'each category'? 5lbs of chicken breast a day is still too much, and 2oz of chicken breast a day is too little.

okay well im going to start a new diet can you help me with what meals are good for me?

i workout 5 days a week

i do tricep and chest 3 days a weeek and bicep backand shoulder 2 times a week

and abs 3 times a week or more
