I don't want to stop eating ANY foods, including carbs and those that have fat. The way I want to lose weight is simply by monitoring what I eat and trying to REDUCE my intake of "bad foods," ie junk food and sweets. However, I want to still be able to eat a bag of chips every now and then, and a cone of ice cream.
Is this being realistic? Or do I have to COMPLETELY eliminate certain foods from my diet?
