For This Week Can I Drop My Eating Calories Down To 1200-1300 To See It Shows Any Results..Then Also Watching Fat Grams Not Going Over about 15-20 And VERY LOW SUGAR....I usually do my 6 miles on my bike everday 6 days a week...then i used to lift crunches n all that but stomach started looking very big so i stopped until i get a flat stomach. Then also im gonna spread my meals into 5 and eat smaller meals or least try like 2 meals just a piece of fruit or 2 pieces then like for breakfast an omlet then lunch salad dinner protein like lean meats....what you think
