For This Week Can I Drop My Eating Calories Down To 1200-1300 To See It Shows Any Results..Then Also Watching Fat Grams Not Going Over about 15-20 And VERY LOW SUGAR....I usually do my 6 miles on my bike everday 6 days a week...then i used to lift crunches n all that but stomach started looking very big so i stopped until i get a flat stomach. Then also im gonna spread my meals into 5 and eat smaller meals or least try like 2 meals just a piece of fruit or 2 pieces then like for breakfast an omlet then lunch salad dinner protein like lean meats....what you think

get protein at every meal. stick to fruits, veggies, and keep the complex carbs like oatmeal and brown rice for the first 3 meals of the day. the last two make them just protein, healthy fats, and fruits/veggies as the carb source. a whey shake and some fruit makes for an easy snack.

for fat calories: keep your total percentage of calories from fat under 30%, but at least 20%. any less than 20% and your body will suffer. 20g of fat on 1,200cals is only 15%...so up it to no more than 40g of fat.
You'll find that not using butter or other oils, and sticking to lean meats and unprocessed foods, you'll have a pretty low fat diet. That's why you see people talking about eating natural peanut butter, fish oil, flax seed oil and olive oil...they need more fat in their diet to be healthy.

yea what do i eat for dinner time like my first three meals would be Breakfast then Lunch Then A Snack....Dinner is what i make or my mom makes around 4-6ish couldnt i just eat chicken or fish around then instead of just fruits and i dont wanna do the whey shakes cuz idk i could i will try to im going shopping tomorrow ill pick up and recomdations onto what kind i should get cuz im not good on choosing help me out....maybe u could make a sample meal plan for me so i know i wont overeat cuz thats a big thing

1200 cals is pretty low. It's not putting your body in danger, but it's getting around there. I did a 1200 cal diet, and I didn't stick to it, because I found that I didn't have enough energy for all the cardio I was doing, and I felt hungry at times. I was just too busy counting the calories, that I wouldn't even pay attention to what I was actually eating. All I cared about was how many calories the food I was eating had.

the cheapest, best tasting whey powder I've come across is EAS brand, Myopro Whey...chocolate flavor. If you can order it online its less than fifty cents per serving.

well, you can make it with skim milk instead of water...but really EAS brand is pretty good tasting. protein powder flavor has come a long ways in the past few years.
MetRx also tastes good.

calorific content is a secondary detail.

nutriential content is the important thing!
