Sport Is this okay diet?

Please critque my diet. :/ I think it's good enough for me, but I'm not really sure. Ha ha I have doubts. Thanks for the help! :] Here's the info that I got.

Nutrition- I'm planning to eat 5 meals a day. 1752 calories per day

Grams/Day - C-262g P-109g F- 29g
Grams/ Meal - C- 52.4g P-21.8g F-5.8g
Calories/ Day - C-1051 calories P-438 calories F-263 calories
Calories/ Meal - C- 210.2 calories P- 87.6 calories F- 52.6 calories

Breakfast at 6 3 egg whites and 1 cup of broccoli, apple or orange

Snack at 9 grapefruit

Lunch at 12 chicken with salad, brown rice

Snack at 3 Strawberry banana smoothie

Workout

Dinner at 6 steam vegetables and chicken

Bed at 9 :p

Do you mean more proteins for my snacks or what?
