Sport is this ok(my 7 day meal)

im trying to gain weight. im 5'11, 137 pound, im 18. would this increase my weight and im also hitting the gym 3 time a week

Meal 1 - breakfast 8:00
2 egg, 2 slice of wheat bread, oatmeal w/milk

Meal 2 - 10:30
NO weight gainer whey protein shake n fruit

Meal 3 - 1:00
turkey sandwich n Cesar salad n bake potato

Meal 4 - 4:00
cottage cheese n fruit or 1 P&B sandwiches
between this time(another NO weight gainer whey )
Meal 5 - 8:00
Dinner(can be chicken,fish,a lot of rice, salad, beef, pork, etc)

Meal 6 - 10:00
tuna sandwich n Cesar sald

Meal 7 - before bed
cracker n 2 cheese stick
 
Have you put this in fitday? How many calories is it? How much above maintenance is it? Whats the macronutrient breakdown.

Go to and find all this out.
 
Dont bother with "weight gainer".
its just a tiny bit of protein with a hell of a lot of sugar (dextrose. Check out the carb content)

Stick with tried and tested protein shakes, and eat wheat and oats for your slow burning carbs.
all the sugar will just burn up too quickly.
