Hey all,
I just got a hold of a new little snack food - White Cheddar Soy Crisps. I realize that they're probably not the BEST things in the world (something natural and fresh would probably be better) but I was wondering if this is "pretty healthy." I'm a student and when I get stuck in my dorm working on something, I need something to snack on and right now it's either this, chocolate, trail mix (nuts, raisins, M&Ms), or Milanos, so I figure that this is my best bet. I'm just wondering if I'm killing myself slowly by eating this or if it's actually good for me. Anyway, to the point:
For a 1 oz serving
Calories: 100
Total fat: 3.5g
Sat. fat: 0.5g
Trans Fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 0mg
Sodium: 220mg
Total Carbs: 11g
Fiber: 2g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 7g
Vitamin A: 2%
Vitamin C: 0%
Calcium: 8%
Iron: 10%
Thanks in advance!
