only thing is the salt content, which isn't all that terrible.
and that's assuming its not loaded with fat. it shouldn't be, but you never know. check the label, it should have maybe 1g fat per serving.

if its homemade it should be fine.
 
Mmmmm, sauerkraut on toasted hemp bread with some tempeh strips on top and a bit of Thousand Island dressing. SO GOOD and lots of protein!
