is this enought for ABBBSSS

alright is this enough cardio to lose some body fat and bring out the abs. On tuesday thursday saturday i do 20-30 minutes of running plus 20-30 minutes of hitting a heavy bag plus on mon wed fri i do a full body work out....i have only been doin this for 3 weeks should I keep it up
 
Abs mainly come out wiht the diet thing. Tell us more about you:
-what are your stats now?
- how long have you been training consistently?
- nutrition...?
- training journal?

You might just be burning everything up including fat, muscle, and calories eaten
 
alright i'm 5'10 160 pounds i've been eating healthy with a calorie range of 2000-2300 a day and i've been doin this sort of training for the last 3 weeks and i dont have that much fat to lose. I heard its also harder to lose fat when u dont have a lot of it therefore it will take time.
