Front Dumbell Raise 15, 12, 9, 6 reps

Wednesday
Walking 1 mile
Bent over Barbell row 15, 12, 9, 6 reps
Cable Row 15, 12, 9, 6 reps

Thursday
Walking 1 mile
Standing BB curl 15, 12, 9, 6 reps
concentration curl 15, 12, 9, 6 reps
Wrist Curl 15, 12, 9, 6 reps

Friday
Walking 1 mile
45degree French press 15, 12, 9, 6 reps

I added to your quote a couple things I would add if I were you. I am by no means a personal trainer type, just a recreational lifter, but I think those workouts in bold are very key (especially your saturday workout)
