I have always hated my stomach, I have been mistaken twice for a pregnant woman, and I'm only sixteen! I have a 31 inch waist above my navel, a 32 around my navel, and a 36 below my navel, and I want to get down to a 29 or 28, I'll probably never get a flat stomach because I have a scar that goes across my navel that causes a roll, which I've always had, and I'm fine with that, but I don't want to be mistaken for a pregnant girl.
I joined FitDay which is a journal that records what I eat and how much I eat, I'm supposed to eat around 2,100 calories a day for my Basal Metabolism, but I've never eaten that much, I'm just not that hungry, I eat on avarage 1,300 calories a day, more then 50% are from carbs.
I figured out that my walk to work there and back will burn 206 calories, and with my chores I'll burn 229. Also if I sleep 9 hours, I burn 680 calories, so thats 909 a day. So that burns 1 pound a week. Which is what was reccomended by FitDay. I know that the walking will help me lose the weight, but what can I do to loose inches around my waist?
Also, I am 5'4 and I weigh 140 lpds, I'm in a normal BMI, but its close to overweight, my goal is to loose 15 pounds so I'm in a more normal BMI.
