Is this enough food/too much?

I'd like to try and lose 8lbs by June 14th, I'm currently about 190lbs at 5ft 10 so this is just the first step of course!

I'm not sure if what I'm eating, as well as exercise is enough to do this. I've just put a three day example of what I'm going to eat:

Day 1: 2 poached eggs on toast, melon, chicken w/ noodles, banana, hummus w/ carrots and celery. Exercise: HIIT Run 60secs, Walk 2minutes x 5

Day 2: Muesli, melon, tuna salad, apple, cheese and mushroom 2egg omelette. Exercise: 1hr walk and 40mins abs/legs video.

Day 3: Muesli w/ yoghurt, apple, spaghetti bolognaise, melon, three bean salad. Exercise: 1hr walk.

I'm also only planning to drink water
