Hey just wanting some quick info about healthy eating. Been going for the gym for about 2 months now and I cant say I've been going on a diet since then but I have been trying to eat a bit healthier and stay away from fast food places.
Quick question though, I found these Tony Furgeson shakes and fat blaster shakes just sitting around the house and I've been drinking them as meal replacements occasionaly.
But is drinking these shakes bad for me seeing as I'm not following the diet that goes with it? Or does it not matter/is it maybe healthier than some other quick food options.
