if not can you mention what to look for in a healthy yogurt?

In yogurt, I try to avoid processed sugars/sweeteners. You want to watch out for high fructose corn syrup. Look for natural sweeteners instead. Honey, maple sugar, and unrefined cane sugar (evaporated cane juice), are all good alternatives.

Easy way: choose plain yogurt (from skim milk if you don't want the extra calories of whole milk yogurt) because just about all flavored yogurts have lots of added sugar (or other sweeteners, which are just extra empty calories). Add your own fresh or frozen fruit if you want to flavor your yogurt.

Plain yogurt has some of the sugar that was originally in the milk (lactose, or broken into glucose and galactose by bacterial action). Amounts vary, depending on how much of it has been eaten by the bacteria.
