Sport is this a healthy plan ?

Sport Fitness
Breakfast : 6 weetbix + lite milk
Morning tea : apple + muesli bar (80 calls)
Lunch : chicken cheese and lettuce sandwich + nutri grain bar
Afternoon tea : banana + jatz and cheese.
Tea : pasta veggies or chicken sandwiches
 
This looks almost identical to what you posted a couple of weeks ago. How are you balancing your carbs/fats/proteins at your meals? Has this changed at all?
 
I'm no expert, but I for instance don't really have a meal plan at all, except for staying away from Junk food and trying to get protein after workout with Nuts and things.

But to me, that looks like a Damn good Meal Plan :)

Healthy? Kind of. Too many carbs, not enough protein.
 
Hi,
I think, the healthy eating plate contains salad, pulse, green vegetables, a milk product like yogurt and a small amount of sweet dish. Now, you can judge your diet is healthy or not?
