This looks almost identical to what you posted a couple of weeks ago. How are you balancing your carbs/fats/proteins at your meals? Has this changed at all?
I'm no expert, but I for instance don't really have a meal plan at all, except for staying away from Junk food and trying to get protein after workout with Nuts and things.
