Is this a good workout

im 15 yrs. old and I plan on fighting MMA a few yrs. from now and i plan on starting to condition myself as early as possible, ive done some training and now im on conditioning, what i do is i run 5 miles and do 300 pushups (50 pushups and then 4 and 1/2 minutes warmup walks then 4 1/2 mins run with a pace of 6.2 mph then 1 min. cooldown and then then repeat form 50 pushups) i dot all of this with the total time of 65 min. tops, sometimes everyday but because of school i only get to do it every 2 days. Is this good enough or do i need to work harder im 5'8 and 165 pounds and for the past few yrs. ive already done weight and mma training
its all about conditioning now

If your main goal is to become good at MMA Technique is where its at.

Start taking classes ASAP. You're no where near physically developed yet at that age, so though working out will be important, technique and skills is where you'll really gain big early.

yeah, technique is important. Physical strength and endurance isn't really that hard to build up, technique takes A LOT of time. I'm not saying physical strength and endurance isn't important, but you need to learn the technique from the begining to avoid bad habbits.

i have Actually started training since 13 and i learned to avoid bad habits such as hands down and chin up, i learned quite a few techniques as well. See that was back on my hometown but now i moved so my old training has to be left behind. Now i cant find a gym that is giving mma training, only self defense so n ow i have to do this kind of conditioning just so i would not let myself go
