I am actually starting a routine like today except it the 12 Week Program. This workout is awesome for a few resons: the variety of exercises is good, you can rest a full day in between, and the plan is laid out perfectly for you to follow. I think it is a good beginner workout for someone who is just starting out on thier fitness journey. However the best part for me is that I can do this at home or in the gym! Have great workout!
