So I've recently been into making smoothies for breakfast. I've gotten a little creative with it and have added Chobani Greek Yogurt because it is high in protein for a yogurt (14g)
Egg Whites (1/4 Cup)
Chobani low fat fruit yogurt (about 140-160 cals, 19g sugar)
1 Banana
Sometimes I'll add more fruit as well. I don't use Whey or Soy because I have heard some bad things about Soy and have always associated Whey with bodybuilders.
Is this smoothie/shake actually good for me in the mornings? I have heard that too much sugar in the morning is bad for weight loss. Are there any other ingredients I should add/remove to make it healthier for weight loss purposes?
