Is this a good program to lose 10kgs?

I currently do 20 minutes of cardio in morning and 20 at night
as well as 40 minutes of strength training
Eat about 1200 calories & drink 1.5 litres of water.

How long should it take to lose 10kgs/20lbs?
Can you give me any other tips?
 
Focus on the TYPE & PORTION size of food you eat rather than total calories.

Eat healthy and exercise and watch the fat melt off.
