I looked up my calories and the calculator said I need about 1400 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week.

For breakfast I had a 2 egg omelet with grilled mushrooms and a lite yogurt- breakfast approx 250 calories.

As a snack about 2 hrs later I had 1/4 cup roasted nuts (unsalted soy, almonds, and pumpkin seeds, & unsweetened cranberries.) 130 calories

For lunch I plan on having an organic whole wheat tortilla with some roasted garlic hummus with romaine lettuce and grilled green bell pepper and grilled mushrooms. A light string cheese and a fruit. I will have to look up the calories but since the wrap is mainly veggies I know I wont meet my calorie threshold if that is all I eat.

Does this sound okay so far? Should I add anything? I plan on having one more snack and then dinner.

First question I'd ask is how are you feeling?

Then I'd say you are doing fairly well I think but I am sure Kara will pop in any moment now to be alot more detailed :p

Im feeling good, I have been drinking water (which I usually NEVER do). I have class at noon so I am start lunch right now, I will probably need a snack at about 1 or so

Bingo. Water is a big part of it. Other than that the food so far looks tasty! and balanced! What are you planning for dinner? and other snacks?

Are you exercising at all?

Yeah, im not sure about dinner yet, I will probably stop by wholefoods and get some boneless skinless chicken breasts and bake them and steam some veggies, or Ill get some fish. As my next snack I will probably have an apple with some peanut butter.

I am going to the gym tonight, I have not been exercising recently but I did go on a 45 min walk with my mom last night.

That all sounds pretty good. :)

Have you tried logging your food on a site like livestrong.com or fitday.com? That will help you to see how your nutrients are stacking up and where you might need to make adjustments.
