Well im 14 and i was just wondering if my "workout plan" will help me in anyway of getting fit. I have a workout bench and i bench press 10 reps 2 times at about 60 lbs. I do 10 reps of 2 bench/crow curls at about 40 lbs, i'll probably decrease it to 35 lbs. I do 15 reps of 3 situps(not crunches). I do about 50 reps of 5 toe rises, and i play a dancing simulator called "Dance Dance Revolution".
I'll be getting a treadmill soon.
