Is this a good exercise for my age?

Well im 14 and i was just wondering if my "workout plan" will help me in anyway of getting fit. I have a workout bench and i bench press 10 reps 2 times at about 60 lbs. I do 10 reps of 2 bench/crow curls at about 40 lbs, i'll probably decrease it to 35 lbs. I do 15 reps of 3 situps(not crunches). I do about 50 reps of 5 toe rises, and i play a dancing simulator called "Dance Dance Revolution".
I'll be getting a treadmill soon.

Does this help in anyway?
 
You bet it helps. Sounds like you're doing a great job.

If you have the opportunity, you may look into some classes at your school that will help you find what else may work best for you.

I am 23 and also use DDR for some cardio work. Keep in mind though, playing DDR doesn't keep your heart rate up for very long, especially with the wait time between songs. The treadmill you will be getting soon will be better for that.
 
Its an outstanding thing to be working out at your age. The muscles and frame you build as your body grows and matures over the next 3-4 years will be with you for the rest of your life.
