Sport Is this a good diet?

I was wondering if this is a good diet / food plan for me (I'm 15)
I follow this food pattern 5x a day. Sometimes i change out oatmeal for plain egg's.

Breakfest 9am 1 serving of oatmeal make with water, 8oz Skim Milk.
Snack 1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup of spinach, 16oz water
Lunch Spinach salad no dressings, 16oz water
Snack Smothie made with berries and greek yogurt
Dinner 1 small chicken breast grilled, Spinach Salad 16oz water
Workout 20 - 25 Minautes of Tredmill @ 4 - 5 Miles or elliptical machine After workout serving of Whey protetin Shake
Snack(before bed) 1 cup of strawberries
 
That sounds pretty good, but you don't really need the protein shake after doing cardio... Protein shakes are usually meant for after weight lifting. So what are your goals with this program?

I wouldn't say that. Especially considering that there's no meal after the workout, a protein supplement is excellent after cardio. Just because cardio exercise doesn't train muscle hypertrophy, the body still needs protein for muscle recovery.
 
I don't disagree with needing protein for muscle recovery, but I disagree with needing the shake, especially for a young person. Do you really think that 20 or 25 minutes of cardio warrants spending money on a supplement? I'd rather see that protein come from real food, but it kind of depends on what the person's goals are.
